Amey Cespa has appealed against Cambridgeshire County Council's rejection of their planning application for a waste incinerator (see our campaigns page for further detail). A public session of the inquiry was held on 5th November at which many local people, including representatives of the CBWIN campain, spoke strongly against the proposal. In response to popular demand, a further public session has now been arranged. This will be on:
Wednesday 13th November, 6pm – 9pm
The Council Chamber, Shire Hall, Cambridge, CB3 0AP
Anyone may attend this session and (at the Inspector's discretion) express their views. The CBWIN campaign group are doing a fantastic job leading the fight against this proposal, but they need all the support they can get. Please do consider attending the session on Wednesday. See the CBWIN website or contact them at email@example.com to find out more about what you can do.
